One receipt.
Four simple steps.

Capture it once. Keep the detail you need. Spend less time sorting through it later.

  1. 01

    Scan

Take a photo or import images and PDFs. Keep multiple pages together, with the untouched original saved privately.

  2. 02

    Categorize

AI reads the receipt and suggests categories for individual items, using your business description and approved categories.

  3. 03

    Review

Check unclear details. Split categories, exclude personal items, and set the business-use percentage yourself.

  4. 04

    Export

Choose a period and prepare PDF, CSV, Excel, and original-receipt packages. Share real files through your phone.

One store.
Different purchases.

A merchant name is context. It doesn't tell you whether a purchase belongs to your business.

Categories that fit your work
Start with a small category list, then edit it for your business. Different items on the same receipt can have different categories.
Your corrections stay yours
Correct an item and choose whether to remember that specific merchant and item for similar purchases.
Uncertainty stays visible
Missing dates, unclear amounts, and totals that don't reconcile go to Needs Review. AI doesn't fill gaps with invented details.
A few practical questions

Know your spending.
Bring the records.

A useful dashboard today. A clear package for your accountant when you need it.

See the shape of your spending

Monthly, category, and merchant charts connect to the underlying records. Purchase dates drive your reports.

Choose the period you need

Use monthly, calendar-year, fiscal-year, or custom date ranges. Keep currencies separate and recorded taxes visible.

Send a usable package

Share summaries, receipt and item tables, and linked originals. Unresolved records stay separate by default.

Good records.
No guesswork.

Can I correct what the AI reads?

Yes. Edit merchant details, dates, amounts, items, notes, categories, and business-use allocation. Unclear records need review, and reprocessing preserves your corrections.

What can I send my accountant?

PDF summaries, CSV and Excel tables, and ZIP packages of original receipts with a manifest linking files to stable receipt IDs. Preview the selected period before sharing. Opening the email composer does not confirm delivery.

What happens to my receipt data?

Originals are private and access is checked for your business. With your consent, optimized receipt pages and compact business context are sent to OpenAI for interpretation. Read the privacy notice for actual processing and retention details.

Does it support French receipts?

English and French receipts are supported. CAD is the initial default, and other currencies stay separate. Missing or unreadable receipt details are marked for review.

How does free testing work?

Private testing is invitation-only, with server-controlled scan limits. No payment card is required. Testers are not automatically enrolled in a paid subscription; public pricing is still awaiting approval.

Can I keep my data if my subscription ends?

Subscription expiry does not automatically delete records. Existing receipts and exports remain available under the retention terms. You can export your data or confirm account deletion.

Your next month-end
starts with one receipt.
